Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC

programs for CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and Wire EDM (Wire Cut) machines. The

candidate should have hands-on experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi

controllers, along with CAM software for generating effective machining programs. The

role requires close coordination with the Design, Production, Quality, and Tool Room

teams to ensure high-quality production, reduced cycle times, and continuous process

improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare CNC programs for CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and Wire EDM (Wire Cut)

machines.

 Generate machining programs using CAM software.

 Develop recent machining processes and optimize existing programs to improve

productivity.

 Select machining strategies, cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.

 Perform machine setup support during current job trials and production.

 Optimize cycle time while maintaining component quality.





 Read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T;, and process sheets.

 Verify CNC programs through simulation before production.

 Modify and troubleshoot existing CNC programs as required.

 Support machine operators during setup and production.

 Conduct first trials and validate machining programs.

 Coordinate with the Design department regarding manufacturability and process

improvements.

 Prepare setup sheets, tool lists, operation sheets, and machining instructions.

 Maintain program backups and revision control.

 Investigate machining issues and implement corrective actions.

 Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and company

SOPs.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹28,891.83 per month
