We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Engineer to supervise site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor work progress, and ensure that construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site workers, and other teams.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager/Site Manager.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Take measurements and maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned team.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
Coordinate with the laboratory/testing team whenever required.
Maintain daily progress reports and other site documentation.




Support planning and execution to complete work within the scheduled timeline.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant site experience preferred.
Knowledge of construction procedures, drawings, measurements, and quality control.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site activities and manpower.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction documentation is preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
