Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise factory workers, maintain production quality, and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily factory production activities.
Allocate work to workers according to production requirements.
Monitor production targets, output, and productivity.
Ensure proper assembly, finishing, packing, and quality of products.
Maintain discipline and attendance of factory workers.
Monitor workers' performance and provide necessary guidance.
Ensure proper use and handling of machines, tools, and materials.
Maintain production records, stock/material consumption, and daily reports.
Coordinate with management and other departments regarding production requirements.
Identify production problems and take corrective action.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.
Minimize material wastage and production losses.
Train new workers and explain work procedures.
Ensure production is completed according to required quality standards and timelines.
Required Skills
Positive leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to manage factory workers effectively.
Basic knowledge of production and assembly processes.
Good communication and problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/production reporting will be an advantage.
Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
Qualification
Graduated / ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with relevant factory supervision experience will be preferred.
Working Conditions
Full time factory-based position.
Overtime may be required depending on production requirements.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
