Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele caller / Tele Sales Officer to handle inbound and outbound calls for loan sales. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, and end-to-end support until loan approval.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch loan products and generate qualified leads.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.
Follow up with customers for document collection and application completion.
Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversions.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a skilled communication tone.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication skills in English and local language.
1 to 5 years of experience in tele calling, telesales,
or loan sales process.
Knowledge of various loan products like Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Project Loan, etc will be of an added Value
Good convincing skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work under targets with enthusiasm and confidence.

Salary/Incentives
Personal/Home Loan/Business Loan
Salary – 18,000 to 25,000
-Meeting daily outbound call volume targets (often 150–200+ calls/day) as a baseline qualifier to unlock incentive
-Secured Loans -Loans like personal, business, or home loans, tele callers earn percentage of
Upto 1 Cr – Nil
2 to 3 Cr – Rs 10000
3 to 4 Cr -Rs 20000
10k for Every Crore
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
