Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, networking and infrastructure products.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations and timely delivery.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs), track deliveries and maintain procurement records.
Handle vendor onboarding, price comparisons and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with internal IT, infrastructure and finance teams to understand purchasing requirements.
Monitor inventory, stock levels and delivery schedules.
Ensure purchases comply with company policies, budgets and approval processes.
Maintain solid vendor relationships and identify cost-saving prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.




2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
Prior experience in IT Infrastructure procurement is preferred.
Knowledge of IT hardware, networking equipment, servers, storage, switches, routers and related products.
Strong negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,706.56 - ₹37,422.43 per month
