We are conducting a Massive Bulk Hiring Drive for Production Operators at our facility in Chengalpattu, Chennai. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain production line machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure high standards.
Assist in packaging, sorting, and inventory management on the floor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members and shift supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Shift Timings
A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
C Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary & Earnings Structure
Gross Salary: ₹16,166 per month
Attendance Incentive: ₹1,000 per month
Total Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹19,546 per month (including Attendance Bonus)
Deductions:



₹2,000 (PF, ESI, Food, Transport)

Additional Pay & Allowances:
Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per night shift
Overtime (OT) Pay: ₹125 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate (Freshers welcome).
Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are eligible.
Ability to work in rotating shifts.
Solid discipline, punctuality, and commitment to safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
