Key Responsibilities
Preventive & breakdown maintenance of CNC, Press, Cutting, Sanding, Drilling & other woodworking machines
Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic troubleshooting
Minimize machine downtime and ensure quick breakdown resolution
Preventive servicing, oiling, greasing & regular machine inspection
Maintain maintenance, breakdown & machine history records
Breakdown RCA, corrective action & regular follow-up
Ensure timely closure of pending maintenance activities
Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure required parts availability
Spare parts requirement, purchase & availability follow-up
Coordinate with external technicians/service engineers for servicing & repairs
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports
Follow all safety standards, SOPs & maintenance procedures

⭐ Advantage: Experience in Wooden Door Manufacturing and hands-on experience with woodworking machinery will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
