Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage paid advertising campaigns (Google & Meta) and also handle LinkedIn personal branding and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor and improve:
CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Manage ad budgets and scaling strategies

LinkedIn Management & Growth
Manage personal/company LinkedIn accounts
Create and publish posts monthly
Develop content strategy (authority + lead generation)
Optimize profile for branding and visibility
Handle:
Daily engagement (comments, replies)
Connection building
Lead generation via DMs

Analytics & Tracking
Set up and manage:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager




Meta Pixel & conversion tracking
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Analyze campaign and content performance for optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications
experience in digital/performance marketing
Solid hands-on experience in:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Basic to intermediate experience in:
LinkedIn content & lead generation
Good understanding of:
Funnels & conversion tracking
Retargeting strategies
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience in B2B lead generation (LinkedIn)
Knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation
Copywriting skills (hooks, ad creatives, storytelling)
Experience with CRM tools
