? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with solid expertise in Employee Central, implementation, configuration, integration support, and L3/BAU operations.

Minimum 2 End-to-End Employee Central implementations
Solid hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Technical 60% / Functional 40% expertise
Foundation Objects & Position Management
MDF Objects & Business Rules
Workflows, Event Reasons & Data Models
RBP (Role-Based Permissions)
Time Off / Time Management
Integration and data replication support
L3 Support,



RCA & complex incident resolution
Experience with BAU, change & release management

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex Employee Central L3 issues and provide permanent solutions.
Configure and support EC processes, workflows, business rules, MDF, permissions and Time Off.
Support EC integrations and investigate data/interface issues with downstream systems.
Handle configuration changes, enhancements, testing and quarterly SuccessFactors releases.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, integration teams and solution architects.
Provide functional guidance and mentor junior team members.
