Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers in their purchase journey, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm and engaging shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, promotions, and offers.
Support visual merchandising activities and maintain attractive product displays.




Ensure adherence to store SOPs, policies, and brand standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock verification activities.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
Participate in promotional events and customer engagement activities.
Ensure the safety and security of store merchandise.

Eligibility

Education
Any Degree (UG)
Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related fields
MBA/PGDM (Freshers interested in Retail Sales may also apply)

Experience
Freshers are welcome.
Internship or prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, aviation, or sales will be an added advantage.
