Social Media & CRM Manager

We’re looking for a creative, customer-focused and energetic person to manage our social media presence and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Imamom’s social media accounts and daily content.
Capture basic photos and videos for social media content.
Create and post Stories, Reels & Posts.
Plan and execute digital and social media campaigns.
Respond to customer messages, comments and enquiries.
Manage online orders and coordinate with the team for timely fulfilment.
Maintain regular customer follow-ups and CRM records.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
Support product/service communication and promotions.

Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing,



Hospitality or a related field preferred.
1+ year experience in social media, CRM, retail, hospitality or customer service.
Positive English communication skills.
Solid hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business.
Photography & videography skills are an added advantage.
Creative, organized and proactive.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
