About the Role

AD Automatos is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to join our team at the Sahibabad location. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day data management activities.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain company data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
Maintain and organize records, documents, and databases.
Verify data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Manage data related to employees, projects, invoices, attendance, and other company records.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of physical and digital records.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and update required information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Perform regular data checks and maintain data accuracy.
Complete assigned data entry and administrative tasks within deadlines.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a relevant diploma/certification may also be considered.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, email, and internet applications.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Robust attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of formulas, sorting, filtering, and data formatting in Excel will be preferred.

Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable working from the Sahibabad office.

Salary & Job Location

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Job Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR.
