About the role

RenB Digital is looking for an experienced Zoho Projects Configuration Specialist to configure, customize, and optimize Zoho Projects according to our business processes and project management requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Configure Zoho Projects dashboards, workflows, project templates, and task management.
Create user-friendly dropdowns, filters, categories, statuses, and predefined options to simplify data entry.
Customize dashboards and views based on departments, roles, and hierarchy.
Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows.
Set up basic automation to improve process efficiency.
Create reports and dashboards for easy project and performance tracking.
Understand business requirements and convert them into practical Zoho Projects configurations.




Test and optimize the system based on employee feedback

Requirements
Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects configuration and customization.
Experience with dashboards, workflows, project templates, custom fields, and reports.
Robust understanding of user-friendly project management systems.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote freelance role.

Note: This is primarily a Zoho Projects configuration and customization role, with a focus on making the system straightforward and easy for employees to use.

Immediate availability preferred.
