Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across assigned properties
Lead and develop hostel, front desk & housekeeping teams
Drive occupancy, ADR & revenue growth
Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
Conduct quality, safety & compliance audits
Manage budgets and control operational costs
Build strong relationships with property owners, vendors & local stakeholders
Travel regularly across assigned properties

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably hostels/accommodation
Strong team leadership and people management skills
Proven experience in revenue growth & operational excellence
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Comfortable with frequent travel and working in a fast-paced workplace
Familiar with local language- Kannada
