We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Polishing Department Supervisor to manage our polishing and finishing operations for premium doors and furniture.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of relevant experience in wood polishing / furniture finishing / door manufacturing.
Strong hands-on knowledge of wood finishing and polishing processes.
Experience in supervising a team in a factory environment.
Positive understanding of finishing materials, mixing ratios and application techniques.
Strong eye for colour, shade and finish quality.
Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining consistent quality.
Positive discipline, communication and people-management skills.





Experience in premium furniture, solid wood, veneer and flush-door finishing will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

A practical, quality-conscious and result-oriented supervisor who can take complete responsibility for the polishing department and ensure that every finished product meets our required quality standards.

Salary: Depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
