HR Recruiter – Proficient Peoplecraft

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, candidate profiles, and interview schedules.
Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.
Travel to client locations for recruitment-related activities, meetings, or other HR requirements, whenever required.
Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
