We are looking for Recruitment Executives to join our team and manage the hiring of warehouse staff and frontline employees for our operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard warehouse staff and other frontline employees.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate joining and onboarding processes.
Conduct field recruitment activities and visit local areas when required.
Maintain recruitment data and ensure hiring targets are achieved.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
