Art & Craft Teacher

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant school experience

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Art & Craft classes for different age groups.
Teach drawing, sketching, painting, colouring, craft, mixed-media and creative techniques.
Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that promote creativity, imagination and self-expression.
Introduce students to different art forms, artists, cultures and styles.
Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, assemblies, celebrations and school events.
Create artwork, displays, props, decorations, charts and installations for school activities.
Encourage the use of recycled and eco-friendly materials and creative art techniques.
Assess students’ creative development, maintain records and provide constructive feedback.




Maintain a protected, organised and inspiring art classroom/studio.
Manage art materials, inventory, procurement requirements and proper storage.
Collaborate with teachers and departments on interdisciplinary projects and events.
Display students’ artwork to encourage confidence, creativity and appreciation.
Support students in developing creativity, fine motor skills, concentration and observation.
Follow safety and hygiene practices during all art and craft activities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
