Managing customer enquiries and leads from showroom, website, calls, and digital platforms.
Following up with prospective customers and scheduling showroom visits/test drives.
Maintaining CRM records and updating lead status regularly.
Coordinating with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers for lead conversion.
Handling customer feedback, complaints, and relationship management.
Following up after vehicle delivery for customer satisfaction.
Managing repeat customers, referrals, and loyalty activities.
Tracking pending leads, lost leads, and follow-up activities.
Preparing daily/weekly MIS reports on enquiries, test drives, bookings, and conversions.
Ensuring timely communication through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
