Job Summary
Panacorp is hiring Business Development Executives for our Technical Sales team. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding engineering and research requirements, presenting suitable research solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client interactions.
Understand client requirements related to engineering and research projects.
Explain company services and recommend appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into business prospects.
Maintain client follow-ups and update CRM records.
Coordinate with the Research Analyst team for project requirements.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication.
Sales interest with solid negotiation skills.
Client-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of technical or engineering concepts is an advantage.
MS Office proficiency.
Eligibility
Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Work Location: In office – Nagercoil, Kanyakumari
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
