JOB PURPOSE
The Service Coordinator is responsible for receiving, recording, assigning, monitoring and closing customer service calls and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, service engineers, stores, accounts and management.
The coordinator must ensure that no service call is left unattended and every pending call has a transparent next action and follow-up time

“Every service call must have a status, responsible person, next action and follow-up date until final closure.”
