Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Officers – Direct Sales to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and freshers who are interested in building a career in sales, customer relationship management, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage with existing customers through calls.
Handle customer service-related queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling Life Insurance and Health Insurance products.
Manage policy renewals and generate sales.
Conduct 1–2 client meetings per day as required.
Follow up with leads provided through the company’s digital platform.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Salary & Incentives
Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000+
Average Initial Incentives:



₹7,000–₹8,000 per month
Top Performer Incentives: Up to ₹25,000+
Performance Bonus: ₹35,000 on achieving M3 targets

Eligibility
Age: 21–25 years
Graduate from any recognized university
Minimum 50% marks
Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience
Comfortable working in a 100% sales-oriented role
Willing to attend daily client meetings
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
