Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day purchasing activities for materials and consumables required for manufacturing and project operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase raw materials, components and consumables as per requirements.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices and commercial terms.
Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Engineering and Quality teams regarding material requirements.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and related documentation.
Monitor pending orders and provide updates on delivery status.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quantity and material-related issues.




Support vendor development and cost-effective purchasing.

Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain or a relevant discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Purchase or Procurement.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication or EPC projects will be preferred.
Knowledge of industrial materials such as steel, plates, pipes, fittings, valves and consumables.
Good negotiation, vendor management and follow-up skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
