Candidates should have valuable communication skills in Malayalam, confidence in phone conversations, and a basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (training will be provided). Responsibilities include making outbound calls, guiding clients through the registration process, maintaining call records, and coordinating with the backend team. Prior telecalling experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
