About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CATIA CAM Programmer to develop and optimize CNC machining programs for precision components. You'll work closely with engineering and production teams to turn technical drawings into productive, high-quality machined parts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop CNC programs for milling and turning machines
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining requirements
Optimize machining parameters for productivity and quality
Coordinate with production teams for trial runs and program improvements
Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain CNC program documentation and revision records
Ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures
Use CATIA CAM to generate toolpaths, define machining operations,



simulate manufacturing processes, and verify programs in Vericut
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters based on part requirements and CNC machine capabilities
Conduct feasibility studies and drawing analysis of parts
Perform 3D modeling and design special tools and fixtures
Prepare tool layouts and setup sheets for machining

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of industry experience
Hands-on experience with CATIA CAM programming and machining processes
Knowledge of 5-axis machining and aerospace component manufacturing preferred
