Edit World is expanding into Social Media Video Editing, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Video Editor who wants to become a BUSINESS PARTNER and build a recent division with us.

POSITION: SOCIAL MEDIA EDITING PARTNER

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Type: Full-Time

Opportunity: Business Partnership / Profit Sharing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the social media editing team
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Talking Head Videos
Create cinematic brand videos and motion graphics
Develop professional editing workflows and SOPs
Maintain editing quality and delivery deadlines
Train and mentor new editors
Support client communication and project management
Help grow Edit World Social into a successful business division

REQUIRED SKILLS
2+ years of skilled video editing experience
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects and Motion Graphics skills
Strong storytelling and creative editing sense
Experience managing or mentoring editors
Understanding of social media content trends
Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset




Willingness to commit to building a business together
