Job Opening: Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with a hospitality background or willingness to work in the hospitality industry can also apply).
Job Responsibilities:
Visit Outlets and conduct on-floor training for employees.
Monitor employee performance and training effectiveness.
Support employee skill development and service standards.
Requirements:
Willingness to work on the floor.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
