We are looking for an experienced Operations Head For Our NOIDA Office Branch to manage daily operations, admissions, university coordination, and examination activities. Looking for a candidate who is willing to relocate to NOIDA Location.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Operations
Manage daily operations and coordinate with departments, universities, and management.
Implement and maintain operational procedures and workflows.

Admission & Student Operations
Manage admissions from document collection to university enrollment.
Ensure accurate portal uploads and track documents, approvals, enrollments, and student records.
Resolve admission-related issues.

University Coordination
Coordinate with universities regarding admissions, examinations, documents, certificates, marksheets, and corrections.
Follow up on pending approvals and student documents.

Examination Management
Coordinate exam schedules, date sheets,



mock tests, credentials, and attendance.
Ensure timely communication of examination details.
Manage special examinations, re-examinations, and related issues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Looking for a candidate who is willing to relocate to NOIDA Location.
Relevant experience in Operations/EdTech/Education preferred.
Solid coordination, leadership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam is Mandatory.
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and university portals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
