We're looking for a passionate and curious Research Associate -Technical Content Creator to join our R&D; team. If you enjoy exploring new technologies, breaking down complex ideas, and turning them into engaging, easy-to-understand educational videos, this role is for you. You'll work closely with researchers and product teams to bring R&D; outcomes, product innovations, technical concepts, to life through high-quality video content that informs, inspires, and empowers learners.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and produce educational video scripts covering R&D; outcomes, technical concepts, technological programmatic videos.
Edit and produce qualified technical videos using industry-standard tools to support product and training teams.
Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to address real-world engineering and research challenges.
Contribute to the creation of reusable research assets, such as frameworks, workflows, benchmarks, internal tools,



and best-practice guidelines.
Translate complex technical work into explicit, structured documents suitable for engineering teams, product stakeholders, and leadership decision-making.
Design visual assets such as diagrams, flowcharts, and infographics to enhance technical communication.
Ensure all content meets high standards of technical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
Maintain high standards of technical rigor, documentation discipline, and process compliance across all research activities.
Demonstrate continuous growth by progressing from guided execution to independent accountability, contributing to strategic research direction and capability building.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
