About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Civil Engineer with solid site execution and coordination skills to manage civil, structural, repair, and finishing works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and site execution.
Execute and monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
Handle steel structure works, including fabrication, erection, connections, alignment, and coordination with fabricators.
Manage repair, renovation, restoration, and maintenance works, including identification of defects and appropriate repair methods.
Read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and steel structure drawings.
Take site measurements and verify work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, material requirements, and contractor bills.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and architects.




Monitor quality, workmanship, material usage, safety, and project timelines.
Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely rectification.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural and finishing works.
Practical knowledge of steel structures and repair/maintenance works.
Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and rate analysis.
Valuable site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage site activities and contractors.

Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–6 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, or high-end construction projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
