Role Objective: Produce accurate, detailed, and builder-ready architectural drawings for custom independent houses.
1. Floor Plans: Draft high-quality 2D floor plans that optimize spatial flow, accurate dimensions, and practical livability.
2. Elevations: Develop exact front, rear, and side exterior elevations reflecting the intended architectural style and finishes.
3. Cross-Sections: Generate detailed structural cross-sections illustrating roof pitches, foundation depths, and material layers.
4. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced mastery of AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD software) for residential architecture.
5. Possess a desktop/ laptop with AutoCAD software.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
