Job Title: Banking Operations Executive (Fresher)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹13,000 In-hand / ₹17,000 CTC per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shifts: General, Afternoon, and Night Shifts

Job Responsibilities:
Process banking transactions and operational activities accurately.
Verify customer documents and data as per bank guidelines.
Maintain records and update banking systems.
Handle backend banking operations and data entry tasks.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of transactions.
Prepare and maintain operational MIS reports.
Support account maintenance, KYC verification, and documentation activities.

Required Skills:




Valuable communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Team player with a positive attitude.
