Lead overall Quality Management System and IATF 16949 implementation.
Ensure robust product and process quality for rubber components.
Manage customer complaints, 8D, corrective actions, audits, and escalations.
Handle customer communication professionally and maintain solid customer relationships.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP, etc.
Lead internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits.
Identify root causes and drive continuous improvement to reduce rejection, scrap, and customer complaints.
Manage and develop the Quality team.
Monitor quality KPIs including customer PPM, rejection, complaints, and audit performance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
