Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to drive business growth and customer acquisition at our Madhyamgram branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in the BFSI or Insurance sector, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branch sales and achieve assigned business targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate business through referrals, field activities, and networking.
Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer service.
Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Contribute to overall branch growth and business development.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or BFSI Sales.
Solid communication, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
