Job Description – Telecaller / Lead Response Executive
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a Telecaller / Lead Response Executive who will be responsible for responding to incoming enquiries quickly, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with the appropriate manager.

This role is focused on speed, communication and follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to every enquiry within 10 minutes through WhatsApp, Instagram DM, website, calls and other portals.
Ask and capture the 4 key qualifying details:
Event Date
City / Venue
Guest Count
Budget Range
Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
Schedule video calls or office meetings with the relevant manager.
Confirm appointments 24 hours and 2 hours before the meeting to improve show-up rates.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM on the same day.
Update every lead with the next action and follow-up date.
Follow up with leads professionally and consistently.




Ensure that qualified meetings are properly scheduled and attended.

What You Should NOT Do
You are not responsible for closing the sale.
Do not quote prices independently.
Do not create event plans or proposals.
Your primary responsibility is lead response, qualification, booking and follow-up.

Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, luxury retail, travel sales, wedding venues, banquet sales or telecalling.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Excellent and explicit communication skills over phone and WhatsApp.
Rapid response time and robust follow-up discipline.
Comfortable handling multiple enquiries simultaneously.
Presentable and skilled on video calls.
Good working knowledge of WhatsApp and CRM systems.
Reliable, punctual and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
