Experience:

Minimum 12 years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in a reputed agrochemical/pesticide manufacturing company.

Key Expectations:

Robust technical knowledge of agrochemical formulations and analytical testing, development and implementation of QC SOPs, vendor/material quality control, handling of non-conformities and CAPA, documentation and audit readiness, and effective leadership of the QC team.

Qualification:

M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry/Agricultural Chemistry or other relevant technical qualification.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing and strengthening the overall Quality Control system covering raw materials/technicals, formulations, packing materials, in-process quality and finished products, while ensuring compliance with applicable CIB&RC; requirements, ISO standards and statutory quality norms.
