Job Responsibilities:
Overall execution and supervision of civil construction works at site.

Candidate Profile:
Valuable knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Should be able to independently handle day-to-day site activities.
Must be able to read and understand structural/architectural drawings.
Good knowledge of quantity measurement and BOQ.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel/stay at project sites as required.
Planning and monitoring day-to-day site activities as per drawings and project schedule.
Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
Check drawings, quantities, levels and measurements before execution.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Supervise RCC,



structural, masonry, flooring, finishing and external development works.
Monitor manpower, material and machinery requirements at site.
Check quality of work and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and verify measurements, subcontractor bills and client RA bills.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Ensure proper implementation of safety requirements at site.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
