Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Junior Steward for our Goan Seafood Restaurant to support front-of-house operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service readiness in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with table setup, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.
Support senior stewards and restaurant staff during service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
Learn and understand the menu, particularly Goan seafood and fish preparations.
Assist guests with basic menu and seafood-related queries.
Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures.
Support smooth restaurant operations during busy service hours.

Qualifications & Requirements




Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year of restaurant experience.
Candidates with experience in a Goan seafood/fish restaurant will be preferred.
Basic knowledge or interest in Goan cuisine and seafood.
Positive communication and guest-handling skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Adaptable to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
