Managed information and present the report (Dashboards) to the senior management on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Planning, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators.
Coordinates the administration, operations, procurement and training departments with the mainframe database
management system.
Analyze Performance of Sales, After Sales, B2B, B2B2C, E-com channels and marketing team.
Daily warehouse performance summary to update daily dispatch, delivered, returned and in transit summary.
Understand the system and prepare customized reports as per the requirements.
