As a Content Creator at mckbytes, you will play a crucial role in owning the social media presence of the brand by creating high-performing short-form video content. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and publishing engaging short-form video content on platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Shorts.
Developing content that enhances brand awareness and product visibility
Managing the entire content creation process from ideation to publishing, including scripting, filming, editing, and distribution.
Staying abreast of trends, hooks, and viral formats to maximize audience reach and engagement.
Experimenting with various content styles such as educational, entertaining, problem-solving, and unboxing content.
Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics including views, engagement, retention, and conversions.
Continuously optimizing the content strategy based on insights and platform algorithms.




Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to create campaign-specific content.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Demonstrated experience in social media content creation, particularly in short-form video content.
A solid understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging social media channels.
The ability to think creatively and execute tasks swiftly.
Solid storytelling skills and the capability to write engaging hooks.
Willingness to appear on camera (preferred but not mandatory).
A data-driven mindset with a keen focus on growth and achieving virality.
