Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve customers politely.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Explain menu items and answer customers’ questions.
Serve food and drinks efficiently.
Prepare and clean tables before and after service.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Prepare bills and process payments when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not always required.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,807.31 per month
