Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Academy is looking for a confident and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide students and parents regarding our courses and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, providing course information, conducting counseling sessions, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and admissions.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Understand students' interests and career goals and suggest suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Convert enquiries and leads into admissions.
Maintain proper records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.




Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, school/college visits, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries and admission status.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Education Sales, Telecalling, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Positive communication skills in Malayalam.
Solid counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
