Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business prospects and follow up on inbound inquiries
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities for our B2B platform/services
Clearly explain product value, pricing, and ROI to business stakeholders
Keep the CRM updated with call outcomes, follow-ups, and deal stage




Build long-term relationships with client accounts to drive repeat and expansion business
Coordinate with field sales and marketing to support pipeline growth
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Resolve client queries promptly and accurately
Share daily performance reports with your team lead

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (any field) — not mandatory for candidates with solid relevant experience
1–2 years in inside sales, telesales, or B2B lead generation (BPO experience welcome)
Freshers are also invited
Robust verbal communication in Hindi and English
Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office
Target-driven, resilient, and coachable
