Position: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
Manage overall factory operations, including production, manpower, workflow and shift activities.
Monitor machine utilisation, production efficiency and downtime and take corrective actions to minimise losses.
Supervise production of paper/paperboard sheeting, slitting and conversion operations as per customer specifications.
Control raw-material consumption, wastage, rejection and rework to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage production manpower, including operators, supervisors and helpers, and ensure proper allocation across shifts.




Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance, breakdowns and timely resolution of machine-related issues.
Ensure product quality and adherence to specifications, working closely with the Quality team to resolve defects and complaints.

Requirements
3–8+ years of experience in a factory/production/supervisory role.
Experience in paper, packaging, printing, manufacturing or a related industry will be an advantage.
Should be responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of work.
