Experienced Trucking Permit, IRP & IFTA Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Trucking Permit & Compliance Specialist with solid practical knowledge of U.S. trucking permits, IRP, IFTA, and DOT compliance.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. trucking compliance
Complete knowledge of trucking permits and state-specific requirements
Experience with oversize/overweight permits
Experience with IRP registration, renewals, apportioned plates, cab cards, and updates
Experience preparing and filing IFTA quarterly returns
Knowledge of IFTA mileage, fuel purchases, taxable miles, and fuel tax calculations
Experience with USDOT, MC authority, state permits, and DOT compliance
Handle permit applications, renewals, and documentation independently




Maintain accurate records for permits, IRP, IFTA, and compliance documents
Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and trucking industry requirements
Ability to work with multiple trucking companies and manage deadlines
Robust attention to detail and good communication skills
Must be able to handle IRP and IFTA filing from start to finish with minimal supervision

Preferred Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience and full working knowledge of U.S. trucking permits, IRP, IFTA filing, and DOT compliance.
