We are seeking an experienced AWS Analyst to join our infrastructure cloud team. The infrastructure cloud team is responsible for internal services that provide developer collaboration tools, the build and release pipeline, and shared AWS cloud services platform. The infrastructure cloud team enables engineers to build product features and efficiently and confidently them into production.

Responsibilities
Develop utilities or furthering existing application and system management tools and processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall efficiency
Build and maintain Terraform and scripts to automate and deploy AWS resources and configuration changes




Proactively monitor system functionality, performance, and configuration issues.
Experience reviewing and refining design and architecture documents presented by teams for operational readiness, fault tolerance and scalability
Monitor and research cloud technologies and stay current with trends in the industry
Participate in an on-call rotation and identify opportunities for reducing toil and avoiding technical debt to reduce support and operations load.

Essential

Knowledge and Experience

The applicant is expected to have the following skills and experience on appointment:
Understanding of the most used managed services in the cloud such as Lambda, EC2, ELB, Route 53, CloudTrail, VPC, IAM etc. (or the equivalent in Azure or GCP)
Python understanding.
Terraform is a must
Hunger to learn recent cutting-edge technology
