Property Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the residential apartment/community.
Ensure the smooth functioning of technical and soft services.
Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, maintenance, and other facility services.
Handle resident complaints, queries, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate with residents, association members, vendors, and service providers.
Monitor AMC services, vendor performance, and contract compliance.
Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, lifts, fire & safety systems, and other common-area equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and operational issues.




Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and manpower deployment.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and facility management requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor budgets, expenses, inventory, and purchase requirements.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation, records, checklists, and logbooks.
Plan and coordinate emergency response and incident management.
Drive resident satisfaction and community service standards.
Lead and motivate the site team to ensure all services are delivered as per SOPs, KPIs, and agreed service levels.
Maintain effective communication with management, residents, association representatives, and internal teams.
Identify prospects for process improvement, cost optimization, and service quality enhancement.
Required Skills:
B.E/B.Tech- Electrical
Minimum 5+ yrs exp in Residential Apartments. Technical and Softserivce

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
