Job Title: Sales Lead – Modular Kitchens & Interiors

We are hiring a Sales Lead for a home interior solutions company specialising in modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors and windows. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through market visits, referrals and networking.
Handle customer enquiries and explain products, materials and available options.
Understand customer requirements, budgets and timelines.
Coordinate site visits, measurements and design discussions with the technical team.
Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the relevant teams.
Follow up with customers, negotiate within approved terms and close sales.
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and contractors.
Track leads, maintain sales reports and achieve agreed targets.
Coordinate order handover,



payment follow-ups and installation updates.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Prior sales experience in modular kitchens, interiors, furniture, building materials or related products preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage enquiries from initial discussion through order closure.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Willingness to undertake local market and site visits.
