Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions and help students improve their communication, confidence, interpersonal skills, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct soft skills and communication training sessions for students.
Train students in communication, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Conduct interactive activities to improve confidence and skilled behaviour.
Support students with interview preparation and workplace readiness.
Monitor student participation and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare training materials and activities based on student requirements.
Coordinate with the academic team for effective training delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
