Job Title: Branch Head – JEE / NEET Coaching

Role SummaryThe Branch Head is responsible for driving the P&L; (Profit and Loss), business development, admission targets, and academic excellence of the center. You will lead a team of administrative staff, counselors, and academic faculty to ensure high student satisfaction, retention, and competitive exam selections for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET-UG.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Target Achievement: Drive end-to-end revenue and admission targets (enrollments) for foundation and target batches.
Outreach & Marketing: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, school connect programs, seminars, and open counseling sessions in residential areas.
Conversion Management: Oversee the student admission funnel from prospecting and counseling to final enrollment and orientation.
Academic Administration & Operations
Syllabus & Test Governance: Ensure the timely execution of study schedules, DPPs (Daily Practice Papers), major test series,



and performance evaluations.
Faculty Coordination: Conduct regular feedback and review meetings with JEE / NEET Faculty to maintain high standards of classroom teaching.
Student Progress Tracking: Monitor performance analytics of top, average, and struggling students to implement remedial interventions.
Team Leadership & Administration
Team Management: Lead and mentor admission counselors, front-desk executives, and operations staff.
Parent-Student Relations: Act as the escalation point for student and parent counseling, addressing academic or administrative concerns promptly.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain daily operational logs, fee collections, infrastructure upkeep, and submit weekly P&L;/progress reports to corporate management

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
